Title: how get a new user hash without deleting whole .aMule/ ?
Post by: Arichy on January 16, 2007, 10:46:02 AM
Hi,

I would like to have a new user hash (user id). How can I achive that without deleting the whole .aMule/ directory? what files need to change? can I just delete them and amule creates new? Or moving .aMule/ away, let aMule create a new one, which files can I copy then from the .aMule/-backup folder to the new created? Thanks

Hm, maybe
Code: [Select]
cd ~/.aMule/ ; rm preferences* cryptkey.datdoes the job.
