Title: Server...."connection Lost"

hi  there i just set up the lstest binary version of amule 2.1.3 downloaded from germany. I think I've followed all instructions but the connection to server  keeps dropping "CONNECTION LOST". this has been going on for 2 days now. Is there something wrong with the system or with my configuration or set up. Pl help. Thank youj.
