Title: LImit on download speed

Hi,
i use aMule 2.1.2 on Windows and i noticed this problem: i can download (teorically) at 2500 kB/s) and upload at (always teorically) at 40 kB/s. So i fixed the download and upload speed limits respectively at 250 and 25 kB/s. My download speed is always at roughly 100 kB/s ( 25 x 4), but i'm sure that i can download faster. How can i enhance my dl speed without modify the up speed limit?

Hi omi10,

Raising the upload speed will certainly help (See credits (http://www.amule.org/wiki/index.php/FAQ_eD2k-Kademlia#What_is_all_this_talk_about_credits,_ratings_and_scoring_about?) in the wiki), but there are some other points to check: http://www.amule.org/wiki/index.php/AMule_is_slow

But in general there's not much you can do to affect the download speed, don't expect too much as 4:1 is already a very good ratio.
