Title: "Cannot connect LowID to LowID"

What does this phrase mean and how may I get around it? I waited for a while, hoping the problem would solve itself, but it's been about eight hours.

To explain it briefly: You have no direct access to the outside (called LowID). Using some tricks you can still download and upload, but only from/to clients which have direct access to the outside (HighID).
You can not upload/download to/from another client with LowID.
