Title: amuled locks file in .aMule/Incoming, even if the files have been deleted

When files were removed from .aMule/Incoming, the free space reported by `df' was not changed.

So, I think amuled locks files in .aMule/Incoming and does not periodically check if the files have been deleted (I waited for about half an hour).

Open files are not freed by the kernel when deleted. Files in incoming can be open for upload. Is not up to aMule to free the diskspace.
