Hi!
I'd like to know what's the status of the polish translation. Is anyone still working on it? If not, could I register as a translator?
I attached updated (but still not yet completed) pl.po file.
-
Committed, thank you.
-
Updated polish translation file.
Only 15 strings remain untraslated.
-
I have uploaded the translation. wutrobny dźak! (?)
-
wutrobny dźak! (?)
Google says it's Serbian :)
In Polish: thanks=dzięki, thank you=dziękuję.
And proszę = you're welcome! ;)
-
Well, actually it's supposed to be Sorbian (a small language in Eastern Germany, similar to Czech and Polish), but I do not actually speak it. My dictionary told me that dźak is "dank" (thank) and I found this phrase in google.
Is it pronounced similar to dschek-yu? That's what I always say when I'm to the Czech republic.
-
Well, I wonder if "dźak" would be understandable.
But I think that "dschek-yu" should understand people here in Poland and Czech republic :)
-
Corrected bugs and translated some new strings.
-
Thank you (dziekuje), I've committed the update.
-
And again: this time it's full translation! :D
-
Thanks, the translation is updated.
-
Updated polish translation.

Ok, this is now a bit complicated, because I speak no Polish. (Except for the few words you taught me.)
Apparently, Polish has 3 plural forms:
1. There's only one element
2. There are 2-4, but also 22-24; 32-34;... elements
3. There are 5-21, but also 25-31;35-41;... elements
Is this correct? If yes, please revise all strings I marked fuzzy. Those with msgstr[0] are singular - above case 1); those with msgstr[1] are 2,3,4,12,13,14,... and those with 5,6,...,20,21,25,26,...,30,31,... are msgstr[2].
Anyway, I'll commit the translation as it is now (singular and one plural form for 2,3,4,5,...,20,21,22,... [well: all n > 1]), thanks a lot for your work!
-
Yes, you're right about the plural forms.
I've revised the fuzzy strings and added third form to them. It should be correct now ;)
Thanks for the info!
-
OK, new translation committed, thank you!
