Title: suggestion for new sub forum

I suggest to add a new forum like 'general discussing', related to amule and filesharing in general. Currently there is only the 'Offtopic Section (Nonsense inside)', the 'Nonsense inside' should be moved to somewhere else because it doesn`t sound like there would be a place to discuss serious.

I was just about to request this, I want to discus certain aMule stuff but it doesn't drop into any sub forum.

We're the forum of the aMule project, you know.

Any communcation regarding aMule is very welcome and if you are unsure about the right section, please post in the section which seems best in your opinion, our moderation team will move the topic if it fits better into another section.

Of course you can discuss other stuff like file sharing as well, but that's obviously not the main focus off the forum. Please stay clear of politics and other controversial topics, though.

To answer the actual request: There won't be a new section or a rename, please use the existing one.
