Title: Completed File by not quite so...

hi people,

I have a completed file download but it did not transform in a usable file. It just stays there fully downloaded in the Transfer Window. I press resume in case it need some kb to download but nothing.

Any help?

Hi,

check two things:
Do you have sufficient disk space?
Are there any special characters in the file name? If yes, rename the file not to contain these chars.
