Moin (http://www.plattmaster.de/moinmoin.htm),
CVS-packages for openSUSE 10.3 can be found on http://ed2k-serverboard.de/downloads/ihmselbst/SuSE/aMule (http://ed2k-serverboard.de/downloads/ihmselbst/SuSE/aMule)
(There also can be found a wx-patched -but untested- version of the little bit aged v2.1.3.)
All RPMs are bulit with wxGTK-2.8.4.0-53, which is shipped with openSUSE.
(http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/10.3/repo/oss/suse/i586/wxGTK-2.8.4.0-53.i586.rpm (http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/10.3/repo/oss/suse/i586/wxGTK-2.8.4.0-53.i586.rpm))
Seems to work fine here so far.
Elder stuff is kept (for some kind of sentimental reasons or so) in http://ed2k-serverboard.de/downloads/ihmselbst/SuSE/discontinued (http://ed2k-serverboard.de/downloads/ihmselbst/SuSE/discontinued) nder the respective directories.

Hi ihmselbst!
I tryed the version 20080203.
Is it possible, that this version is using lot of GUI-resources?
A fluent work with this version seems not possible.
Any comment is welcome.
regards
I found the the solution:
remove old aMule package via smart or yast
do the 'sync' command
install aMule CVS
do the 'sync' command
after rebuilding the checksums:
> > do a reboot < <
now amule operates with normal GUI-resources
cheers
