Hello. There's a user that keeps connecting but I can't download the one file I need from that user because I get the message
2007-12-08 10:50:58: User intense (1379301752) denied access to shared directories/files list
Who is blocking who's list and how can I fix it? Thanks.

I hink the other user is blocking you from getting his list of shared files. That's normal behavior, almost every client out there does it. If you didn't request his list of shared files, then maybe is the other way around.
