Title: ServerList

I am new to AMule.  And I was told to plug " http://www.srv1000.com/azz/server.met " into my Server List.  When I plug it in and press enter, a quick box pops up, closes, and then nothing happens.  Can any one help me out with an alternative?  Does anyone know how to get a list of Servers?
