I run aMule on the latest Ubuntu 7.10 on P4 CPU, 3.2GHz, 0.5GB DRAM .  Hard disk is free (80GB free).
It runs well, but often I find aMule is not running any more.
I looked at the logfile generated by aMule and the last 2 lines were:
 - Error: Pipe creation failed (error 24: too many open files)
 - Error: failed to execute 'addr2line'

ow can I prevent the termination of aMule?
Is there a way I an automaticly re-issue aMule after such crash?

 Thanks
