Title: Blacklisting or marking of files
Post by: leofisch on April 10, 2008, 02:27:51 PM
Hallo to the board.

Can there be made a statement about incorporating the following feature:

Adding aborted downloads to the "known" collection.

An additional candy would be, identifying them
maybe in a different color
maybe by adding e.g. ***ABORTED*** to the file name string prior to storing in known files like
before abortion: ed2k://|file|eclipse-SDK-3.3.2-win32.zip|147856178|C883373E8FED3586FE7F838E033FC364|/
after abortion:    ed2k://|file|***ABORTED***eclipse-SDK-3.3.2-win32.zip|147856178|C883373E8FED3586FE7F838E033FC364|/.
A much bigger candy would be, if this could show up in the search list.

Going through the topics issued in this board,
the possibility of kind of 'Blacklisting' unwanted files
are getting the most counts regarding  the views.

To me an indicator that it seems to be a feature of big interest.

Best regards to the Board and the benevolent Coders

Hi leofisch,

there's an experimental patch in svn, iirc.
