Title: what is or does paranoid handling of non matching ip's ?

As questioned above in the thread's subject, I just want to know what this
setting is about and how it works.

I just experienced no difference whether this option was set or not, may be it works somewhat subliminally... :o

I suggest you search for this question being answered in this forum not more than a month ago.
