Strange,
can you launch it from Terminal and report the errors?

Applications -> Utilities -> Terminal
if you have copied aMule in Applications, at example, then type:
/Applications/aMule.app/Contents/MacOS/amule

Code: [Select]
G4:~ neu$ /Volumes/users/neu/Applications/Internet/aMule.app/Contents/MacOS/amule
Initialising aMule
Checking if there is an instance already running...
There is an instance of aMule already running
Raising current running instance.
G4:~ neu$ hostinfo
Mach kernel version:
Darwin Kernel Version 9.3.0: Fri May 23 00:51:20 PDT 2008; root:xnu-1228.5.18~1/RELEASE_PPC
Kernel configured for up to 2 processors.
2 processors are physically available.
2 processors are logically available.
Processor type: ppc7450 (PowerPC 7450)
Processors active: 0 1
Primary memory available: 1.50 gigabytes
Default processor set: 65 tasks, 259 threads, 2 processors

OK, then it's a matter of a "stale lockfile". Please delete the file ~/Library/Application Support/aMule/muleLock and try again.
