I have aMule SVN Feb 18 2008 on my Ubuntu 8.04 64Bit system.
aMule works fine if I enable only the TCP connections. But When I try to use the UDP and Kad network, aMule starts to flush this error messages once the kad network is connected:
ServerUDPSocket.cpp (153):serverudp:Sources received for unknown files
This goes on forever, and out of fear of damaging anything, I had to close aMule.
I use eMule which works perfectly normal on Windows and I'm sure I had both TCP and UDP port forwarding setup (for aMule) right on my router's NAT.
I don't know why this happens, searched Google with no answers. Does it have something to do with my 64bit system?
any help appreciated.

Thanks, I added the repository and upgraded aMule.
But the aforementioned problem persists. Appreciate your help. Hope we can have a solution soon.

I see that the Debugging tag is activated in the SVN version (not there in the official ubuntu repo).
If helpful, how do I provide debugging info? which message categories should i check? and where do I find the produced file?
Thanks, just want to make aMule/ed2k better.

Hi, I tried aMule 2.2.1, and the problem persists. Don't know what's wrong or what setting conflicts with which. Anyone can help pinpoint it?

Chances are you should remove fake servers.

But my servers are all from http://gruk.org/server.met.gz, and I've disabled server list update from servers/clients. I'll try to keep only one or two servers though, just to test it.
Thanks.

I usually only keep the Razorback servers (3.0 and 3.1 IIRC) and aMule works without issues. Also, I noticed improvements in the amount of sources got via kad in recent SVN versions.
Regards.
