Title: How to do a massive translation from "files" to "their ED2K links"?

Hello,
I have dowloaded lots of big files with aMule, so my hard disk is  getting full. I know I am not going to use most of the files in short term, so I thought it would be good if I could just store their ED2K link instead of the files. Is there any command or application which can help me to do so?
I know how to do it in aMule (one by one), but this would be too slow. I would like to do it massively.
