Title: Timed speed limit

Is there a way of specifying a bandwidth speed limit on aMlule for Mac OSX.? In other words, is it possible to automatically specify that, for example, shared bandwidth runs at 100 kBs between 23.00 and 08.00, but at say 15Kb between 08.00 and 23.00?

If it is not possible, I would like to make a request that this feature be included in the next version of aMule. See Transmission for this feature.
