Hi,
I'm new to aMule but I've used eMule in the past. I am NOT behind a router, but the cable connection I am using is NATted by my ISP. I have completely turned my Windows firewall off and I'm still getting a low ID and it sill says my Kad is being firewalled. I really suspect this is because of my ISP's NAT. Is there anything I can do to make myself a High ID?
Thanks

There's no way forTCP protcol, but UDP protcol transfer may work, it's all depend on the NAT mode of your ISP.

Thanks for your reply!
So..... can I "tell" aMule to use UDP instead of TCP? Also you mentioned that some things depend on the NAT mode of my ISP.... is there any way to find out what mode they are using?
And won't this be a problem for many people? Because I was under the impression that many residential ISPs in America (where I am right now) NAT the connections they sell........
