We're about to release 2.2.3 soon (not Soon™ (http://www.amule.org/wiki/index.php/Soon) but just plain soon). This will definiately happen after the planned server downtime (http://forum.amule.org/index.php?topic=16215.0). This time we won't do RC releases, instead provide tarballs and other info from the release branch directly.
You can find translation statistics and tarballs at http://amule.uw.hu/ (http://amule.uw.hu/). Until otherwise stated, this site is the official location for both.
As you might got used to it last time (http://forum.amule.org/index.php?topic=15514.0), please post everything related to the upcoming release in the Prerelease (http://forum.amule.org/index.php?board=78.0) board. Rules are also the same.
Have fun with it!

Hi User294,
there are two so-called branches: We have the development branch - called trunk - and the stable branch - currently based on aMule 2.2.
aMule 2.2.3 is based on the latter and due to changes in the development branch, there are different strings in both.
The Russian translation for 2.2.3 has 6 strings missing and 10 strings you should check (fuzzy). Just click on the language name at this page (http://amule.uw.hu/translations/RELEASE-2_2_X/) and you'll get the file for 2.2.3.
For trunk, there is unfortunately more work (25+57, see http://amule.uw.hu/translations/trunk/).
To upload the altered po file, you attach it in the forum, either in the prerelease (http://forum.amule.org/index.php?board=78.0) section for 2.2.3 or the translation (http://forum.amule.org/index.php?board=40.0) section for the development version.
I hope this made this a bit clearer. If you have any more questions, please don't hesitate to ask, I'll help you as good as I can.
kind regards
