Hi all
I moved from E-mule in Windows to A-mule in MAC.
Does anyone know how to save my credits from E-mule and insert them into A-mule?
Is there a guide about the move I made?
Thank you very much.

HOWTO Migrate from eMule to aMule (http://www.amule.org/wiki/index.php/Migrate_from_eMule_to_aMule)

Hi,
thanks for your reply. But the guide you suggested is about moving from e-mule to a-mule both in Windows, not from e-mule in Windows to a-mule in MAC world.
Do you know any other specific information about?

Read it again.

The guide is for migrating from eMule (in Windows) to aMule (any OS/platform). The only Windows-specific thing in the guide is the compatibility of shareddir.dat, which doesn't have anything to do with credits.

Thank you GonoszTopi.
So do you mean that there is no way to save credits from e-mule in Windows to A-mule in MAC?

I mean that following the guide all your credits will be intact. The most important files are cryptkey.dat, preferences.dat and preferencesKad.dat. Copy them from the eMule config dir to aMule's config dir and all your credits will be saved. Copy also clients.met and credits of other clients with you will be saved. All the other files are optional and have nothing to do with credits.
If you cannot copy these files, there's no way for you to save the credits.

Thank you so much for your nice help.
I did as you wrote but I still have a low ID while in E-mule I had an high ID.
My MAC firewall is off.
I use a router whose firewall is off too.
Then, I do not know what to do in order to get back my high ID.

Most probably you should use UPnP or forward the right ports on your router to your mac. Check the forum for help on that.
Regards.
