Hi forum,
I was becoming stupid to find a .deb and NOT COMPILE aMule by sources...so, i past here the link to obtain the .deb for Ubuntu i386.
I DIDN'T pack it, this isn't my .deb, i found it on net: http://www.filippoamaduzzi.com/data/deb/amule_2.2.3-1_i386.deb
I'm sorry for my bad English, i'm IT and this is my first topic. :)

Hi, here I've found instruction on how to add a PPA repository:
http://ubuntufacile.org/amule-223-per-ubuntu-intrepid-ppa (http://ubuntufacile.org/amule-223-per-ubuntu-intrepid-ppa)
The page is in italian but it's not difficult to understand what you have to do.

I'm usin'it and everything work. You just have to add to your /etc/apt/sources.list this line
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/simontol/ppa/ubuntu intrepid main
and update. You can also install amule localizations and skins. Until now, this repo only contain aMule packages.
enjoy.

Hi, is there a deb package for Ubuntu AMD64 platform in that repo?
-
Here you can find aMule 2.2.3 for Ubuntu Intrepid i386/AMD64: http://www.getdeb.net/app/aMule

Yes, there is.
-
Added Hardy packages to the repo by ubuntufacile.org:
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/simontol/ubuntu hardy main
And also, as simone says
http://ubuntufacile.org/amule-223-per-ubuntu-intrepid-ppa/#comment-232
the repo has been "updated! Now it follows Ubuntu rules. You have to remove previous installed packages and then re-install." It means that localization files and skins are in amule-commons package, as Ubuntu suggest.

The repository works, try again.
How do you add repo? Try to check your /etc/apt/sources.list and add it manually, you can paste the line I've posted here over. bye

The repository is now signed with an OpenPGP key (http://keyserver.ubuntu.com:11371/pks/lookup?op=get&search=0xC5E6A5ED249AD24C), so you can authenticate it.
