Hi Folks! And first of all, thanks for aMule! :)
I notice a strange thing....when i'm not on the pc aMule (SVN 9311) uploads how setted (@ ca. 36 KB/s) with small breaks (given shurely from my adsl line)...
...but when i am on the pc doing something else (not FTP uploading or something this like...), the upload looks like in this screeny:

I tried also to increase number of open Slots...but nothing changes...
My OS is Linux Mint 6 (2.6.27-7)...

I don't know what you were doing, but this might also be caused by heavy CPU load/disk activity. If you're running out of (real) memory and the OS needs a lot of swapping, that will surely harm uploads, too.

in my experience with amule, it slot handling is below what vanilla emule's is,
i can only get stable upload if my slots are 3k or at the highest 5k,
for some reason vanilla emule opens extra slots and fills your current bandwidth limit more effectively.
p.s.
this is just my opinion please don't just assume i hate amule and don't appreciate what the devs do here, i do.

OMFG...i can't believe it...the heavy upload usage came from another PC in my LAN....having some bad virus/trojans on it...argh...
Now it's much more stable...

Yes, it keeps!
Not perfect, but ok!
See the pic with setted slotspeed @ 8 KB/s with max. upload @ 37 KB/s:
