Title: Minimal Mule Web Skin

I'm developing a skin like this.
No table, only css and a js framework. Any help is appreciated if you already know how to make a skin

Hello flagg and welcome to the forums!

aMuleweb skins use a php dialect, no wxwidgets knowledge is necessary. :) Any further help would require more concrete questions on your part, but you'll find working code examples in the existing skin.

thanks, i had a look on existing skins but is a reference 'bible' available?

No, unfortunately not. Writing documentation is not something most programmers enjoy and working on Open Source is something they do for fun.

I love it!  :D If you need help coding or beta testing it, just tell me. I can also make the spanish translation if it's needed...
