Hi all,
r9600 out-of-the-box, both IRIX and Windows (amuleGUI and amulecmd).
linking against GeoIP-1.4.6 and a brand new Crypto++-5.6.0 on IRIX.
Few notes for the rest of us, the happy THREE mips users (really: three of us,
according to connection statistics. Three out of me, I mean. Sort of a crowd...)
- GeoIP-1.4.6 on IRIX compiles immediately, no tweaks at all.
- Crypto++-5.6.0: need to fiddle with the supplied GNUMakefile but trivial stuff.
Much more important: no need to tweak sources anymore. Developers
accepted the proposed patch, now a part of the official distribution.
Cheers,

It'd be nice but the article "HOWTO Compile on IRIX" no longer exists.
After a short discussion (october, 2008) with Stu Redman, the article was
cancelled, probably because it wasn't necessary any longer.
BTW: that is why I usually post my periodic probes here, which is probably
NOT the best place.
Cheers,
