Title: amule 2.2.3-2.2.5 negative number of sources
Post by: anp on June 05, 2009, 09:43:54 PM
amule stops working, but stays in memory. bug reproducable in 1-3 days.

showing this in status:

aMulecmd$ status
 > eD2k: Connected to www.UseNeXT.to [87.230.83.44:4661] with HighID
 > Kad: Connected (firewalled)
 > Download:    0 bytes/sec
 > Upload:      401 bytes/sec
 > Clients in queue:    0
 > Total sources:       -8

attempts to reconnect servers/kad have no success until restart.
logfile does not showing changeing of connection type (originally I have "ok" connection status in "kad" section)

Please - we don't want to know what you're downloading.
Was your internet disconnected at the time? That's common for DSL connections at that time of the night.
Yeah, aMule does not always react gracefully in that case.

I don't think there could be a relation between completing a download and breaking a network connection.

i'm using leased fiber connection, and... i'm ISP :)
if internet was disconnected in this time - I will be the first person, who know it :)
(mrtg does not show loss of pppoe/pptp user sessions and bandwith duging this time)
