UDP port must be >= 62203 (in other words, TCP port + 3)
And if you use K/Ubuntu 8.04, please update to aMule 2.2.5:

No.
UDP port must NOT be TCP+3, actually there are 3 main ports: TCP, TCP+3 which is assigned automatically and you don't have to set, and UDP which you set. Don't use TCP+3 for upnp.
-
But TCP+3 is only needed if you use server...using only KAD don't need it...
-
Theoretically. You'd surprised how things work. I know I am.

"UDP port must NOT be TCP+3" or "don't use TCP+3 for upnp" or both?
-

You know, you can either ask people for help or insult them. Both together rarely works. :P

If "ksd" means "Kad": if your router disconnects when you use aMule, try reducing your number of open connections. Or get a better router.
Oh, and there's a little key with an up arrow on your keyboard. If you press it you get capital letters which improve legibility of your posts.

sometimes kad conects sometimes it doesnt, why is that?

Is there any message in the Network log about the KAD status in a case it doesn't connect?
