Uhh, don't save a picture containing text (like a GUI screenshot) as JPEG. Use PNG. ;)

Google reveals that it is related to Chinese verycd and 080514 is the build number. (i.e. 14 May 2008)

It is a leecher mod.

leecher mods have a feature that the user can change the name of there client (what other clients see) to whatever they want.

That's to counter other mods that favor their own or users with [GROUPNAME] in their username - they mirror what they see right back. Harmless little trick.  :D
