I have a fastish link, with 130kB/s allocated for UL and DL. I'm currently running at a ratio of UL/DL of just under 20. I'm using a slot size of 20kB/s. Only other significant thing I can think of is that I'm behind a firewall and hence a lowid.
Any suggestions about how to get a more balanced UL/DL ratio?
Thanks.

get rid of low id -> forward the ports ..
set the slot alloc for upload not to 20.. set it to 5 kb/s / client and the up limit to 100 (if up limit isp = 130 kb/s)

I've changed the slot allocation. I'll see if that helps. Unfortunately I can't do port forwarding because I don't have any access to the firewall, which is also doing NAT.
My link is actually 250kB/s so I figured that 130kB/s was a safe limit.
Thanks for the help.
