I've the problem in subject. Is there something to resolve the problem?

No. Download speed simply depends on how fast your sources upload.

Contact your sources to raise their upload speed. Maybe get a faster internet connection.  ;)

It's not a problem you can do anything about it. It's just the way the ED2K network works.
