Title: Sorting Enhancements

From Emule Plus:

 - sorting of the sources independent from sorting of the files. Emule Plus uses Ctrl+click on collumn to sort sources.

 - automatic sort order in preferences, for each type (servers, downloads, etc). Plus also permits two levels of source sorting in this manner.

Those have been requested in the past. We'll go through that when bugs get fixed and v2 can be released ;-)
