When I started up aMule, the above message appeared in the aMule Log. What does it mean? Thanks.

It means you have credits saved for other clients clients, because they uploaded to you and therefore have a preferential position on your upload queue, but enough time has passed without seeing them that the advantage expired. This is so your credits file doesn't become infinitely huge.
