Title: Translated comments in .desktop files

Hi,

I unpacked the last development tarball, did a search for .desktop files, then added comments and for one file, the name in Turkish (and in French when they were missing). As I do not use such shortcuts and as my DE is not KDE, you should test them before committing.

PS: in  plasmamule-engine-feeder.desktop "magnet://" links are mentioned but the syntax of magnet links forbid the use of "//" -- shouldn't that be just "magnet:"? If so, you'll need to correct that typo.

You could have done that yourself to save me some time ;)
