Title: Can't connect to Kad

I downloaded the new version of aMule. In the past, I had no problem connecting to Kad. When I open aMule, I have High ID, but I am unable to connect to Kad. Kad does not show as firewalled, it constantly shows as "connecting" but never connects. Any help/advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Restarted computer and modem, and when I opened aMule, I was able to connect to Kad.
