Hey, lately I got it done, Oneiric has 2.3.1 and wx 2.8.12

deb http://www.vollstreckernet.de/ubuntu/ oneiric amule wx

Or to compile yourself:

deb-src http://www.vollstreckernet.de/debian/ oneiric amule wx

For now only i386. amd64 is planed, I just got to fix qemubuilder for that.
Btw, you can use 11.10 instead of oneiric, too.
