Title: aMule on D-Link Nas DNS-325
Post by: Camouflage on January 02, 2012, 05:35:29 AM
I got a D-Link NAS called DNS-325, and you can install add-ons on this NAS.. One of the add-ons (that I downloaded for D-link website) is aMule.
But I can not get it to work. When I try to launch the program, it launch the web interface, but instead I get "Failed to open page"

I normally use Safari on my mac, but has tested with both IE and Google Chrome from PC, so it´s not a browser problem.

Anybody have any tips for me, on how to get it to work?

I don't quite get what you mean. What happens when you start aMule(d)? What do you get printed on your screen?

When you click on the aMule launch button, a new tap opens in the brower, and I assume that there should be a web interface. But the browser says that the webpage does not exsist...

It's true: D-Link officially offers aMule as an application for their NAS. Funny.

You'd probably have more luck at http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?board=277.0 - we don't know what version they bundle, or how they compiled, or anything at all about it.
