Title: Is same ports allowed in aMule?

TCP, UDP, UPnP  ports set in the same number, is it allowed?

Well, allowed, but I'd expect some strange side-effects. TCP=UDP should work fine, but at least UPnP should be different (if you're actually using UPnP, that is).
