Title: webserver remote control problem
Post by: nspm on April 30, 2004, 03:29:58 PM: hi i can't access to remote control like http://xxxx:1337/ I receive an error mesg like
wxsocket invalid signature in readmsg :(

i can connect to emuleweb

does anyone knows whats the problem?

we had some other things about that before...
can you try first setting amuleweb back to the normal ports? like 4711 for webserver and report again? maybe that works better...

I have it running here, but I can only connect to localhost not over lan at the moment...

and if you could report back, woudl be really nice :)

However, I've never had it working, as I just upgraded from 1.2.7 or something to 2.0.0 rc3...

Using 4712 i get "wxSocket: invalid signature in ReadMsg"

I saw a thread (http://www.amule.org/amule/thread.php?threadid=1550&sid=&hilight=invalid+signature+in+readmsg) saying to install a different version of wxGTK, but i'm using the latest version for gentoo. I don't really want to install a diff version....

aMule 2.0.0rc3 and freebsd5.2.1

Anyway, its better now, because with 2.0.0rc2 amuleweb had been crashing after 5 sec on my freebsd 5.2.1 box
