'those who can't ..colour in'
over and above the aesthetics, i made a fair few changes to clean up code, correcting misalignments, harmonising the login/welcome pages, merging client/server log pages and ensuring that dark = usable with respect to input (my dark GTK based colour schemes are far from perfect!)
many thanks to Tchoum for this skin, it's the only one i've used for years..

i also stole Pec's theme's main amule logo, cheers
tested on gnu/linux opera 11.61 and firefox 11 browsers

ps. anyone know why the css link doesn't 'take' for the login.php page? (i had to hardcode styles into the header). assuming it's some sort of scope issue/by design i.e. the webserver path isn't the pwd when the amuleweb server serves the login page?
