Grab the latest sources from http://amule.sourceforge.net/tarballs/ and read the BUILDING_MACOSX.txt (http://repo.or.cz/w/amule.git/blob/HEAD:/BUILDING_MACOSX.txt) file there. I can't really help more, sorry.
