Title: Linux Mint 17 & aMule 2.3.1 compiled with wxGTK2 v2.8.12: Gtk critical error

Hi i am new user.
After new installation of Linux Mint 17 64bit on a Asus eepc EB1012P, I have installed amule.

The application go down after few minute and, by the terminal, i have see this critical error:

After several attempts and tests I found a solution that does not solve all problems, but at least amule does not crash.
I renamed the file (on dir .amule) amule.conf to amule.conf.old so that the programs recreate it on startup.
I set the preferences, and it seems that the program does not crash.

I had the same problem with Linux Mint 17 XFCE. I used the following workaround:

-Delete the .aMule directory in my home folder
-In the amule settings, remove all bandwidth limits.

Thus I had no more crashes.
