Possible, but not wanted.
I think you can edit it within a few minutes (if you posted too quickly and find typos then), but it makes no sense when the original post gets changed after people have replied.

Enabled for now. After posting you have some time to review your post and fix any typos, or mistakes you might have made. After a certain time elapses, you won't be able to modify the post anymore. (Be assured, that "certain time" is more than enough to review and fix your post.)
