Title: Linaro Linux on WD EX2100 NAS How to update & config aMule ?!

Hi to all  :), I've just bought this NAS but I've a problem with the installed aMuled 2.2.6 using  v2.8.9. This version is old, how can I update it on Linux Linaro?  :o Consider i'm not a Linux user, but I can try. ::)

Then I've also another strange problem, I needed to change the download location, since there aro no option for download location in the web gui, I went with the SSH terminal to the location  /mnt/HD/HD_a2/Nas_Prog/aMule/.aMule and edited the amule.conf file directly.

BUT, every time I edit the file, it is rewritten by the application to its default, why? :-\

Pleaaassee... help.. ;D

make sure amule is not running before you change the properties file.

if you re using a NAS you may consider using using amuled on your nas and "aMule Remote" from android or amuleGui from your favorite distro.
