Title: amule.conf info please

I'm trying to figure out if a person's amule config has changed.  I found the amule.conf file on the target mac running 2.3.1.  I installed the same version on my mac but do not have the amule folder under Library\Application Support so I can't compare what I have from a fresh install to the existing amule.conf.  Can someone either help me find the amule.conf file or post the following part of a fresh install?  I'm most interested in the upload and download speed to see if those have changed:

The default value for both MaxDownload and MaxUpload is 0, meaning unlimited.
