amule gives me low ID allways i put the router into the system and the downloading gets very very slow, is there any way i can avoid this disadvantage and still keep using my router.

I'm not sure I understood. I guess every time you use a router you have a low id. Is it what happen?
You just have to open a port in your router then.

yes every time i use a router i get low-id. how do i open a port on my router ?

You either have UPnP enabled in your router and then aMule can automatically open the ports for you. Or you open the ports manually - the way to do it depends on your router. What type of router do you have?
