Title: Amule 2.3.1 Crashes Immediately at Launch

Hi,

amule was running fine for the past month, then I copied all the files from the amule downloads directory to a new drive - and now I can't start amule any more.  It crashes as soon as I click on the icon to start it.  Any ideas what is wrong?  Here is the message I get:

Just a general note to anyone still working on the source code for this app.  This problem of the statistics.dat file getting corrupted and the app crashing is something I'm experiencing every week now. 

Seems like a pretty major bug. 

I'm on Mac OS 10.9.5

It's been solved in the development version looong ago, just there haven't been a new release since.
