I'm having some problems to finish downloading a couple of files that are bigger than 2Gb. I saw several
posts about this problem but I don't know if this has been fixed yet. I'm using Fedora Core 1 (w/all the
updates installed) with kernel 2.4.22 over an ext3 filesystem and running aMule-2.0.0rc3 with wxWidgets-2.4.2, gd-2.0.23 and zlib-1.2.0.
I just switched from 1.2.6 to 2.0.0rc3 and everything else seems to be working just fine.
Great work guys! :baby:

What can I do to finish downloading the 2Gb files until the bug is fixed?
-
isn't it fixed in rc3?
-
I guess not. I have a couple of downloads bigger than 2Gb and they both loose the last piece due to corruption over and over (I downloaded 2.7Gb for a 2.1Gb file).

Ah, yeah. I think someone already reported that. I have some bugs listed yet to be added to the known bugs list, I guess this is one of them ;-)
Thanx a lot for the report.
Regards!

I am also running aMule on Fedora Core 1 (all updates present) and have the same problem. Could this be a Fedora-related problem? I think I had the same problem with lmule and xmule as well... And I find it a bit strange that only Fedora users are reporting this problem? (I have not seen anyone on another distro reporting this...)
I'm running on 1.2.6 ...

1.2.6 has that bug.. rcx doesn't .. update ;)
