I'd like another tab next to "all" in the category to select all downloads that I haven't categorised yet

There already is such a category. It's called "all others" ;)

I didn't see that at all, nor the other view filters around it, until you mentioned it. Then I looked, and saw they were there. This is either faster-than-light bug-fixing, or me not paying attention :-)
