Current version is: aMule 2.3.1 compiled with wxGTK2 v2.8.12
Running on: Linux 3.13.0-83-generic x86_64
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

Linux Ubuntu 14.04 LTS

Update:
Decided to try compiling amule
-after installing all dependencies have error:
bfd.h not found or unusable, please install binutils development package if
you are a developer or want to help testing aMule
-installed binutils: no change
-replaced files on site https://github.com/amule-project/amule/commit/3e8942f68279226c09f939ee8838a7e9a3992ec0#diff- a5522b90382504dc530177f63ced5209
these files are:
acinclude.m4
configure.in
docs/Changelog
m4/bfd.m4
:no change
-still get same error.....WTH?

You need to install binutils-dev (or binutils-devel, or whatever your distro calls it). Or you can simply ignore this message and continue...
