Title: Power supply fails

aMule on Western Digital EX2. What happens if power supply fails? Could I loose some downloads? How could I recover them? How stop aMule on EX2 without harm?

You should not lose anything. Maybe a little bit of data that was downloaded but not yet written to disk.

For properly shutting down aMule running on a remote box (like your WD-EX2), you can use the "shutdown" command of amulecmd.
